To provide a power converter which effectively depresses an increase in a wiring inductance on a bus bar connected with a capacitor.SOLUTION: A power converter comprises a capacitor having a first electrode and a second electrode, and a specific bus bar connected with a specific electrode as each of one or both of the first electrode and the second electrode. The specific bus bar is folded on the specific electrode and has a folding-back wiring part having parts confronted with each other.
