A basis weight P of the paper base layer 11 is 20 g/m2 or more and 99 g/m2 or less; the sealant layer 12 contains a biomass polyethylene that is a polymer made from a monomer containing a biomass-derived ethylene, and has a biomass content of 5% or more; the sealant layer 12 includes, in order from the base material layer side, a layer of the biomass polyethylene and a layer of fossil fuel-derived polyethylene; the sealant layer 12 has a thickness S1 of 20 μm or more to 60 μm or less; and a basis weight P of the paper base layer 11, a thickness S1 of the sealant layer 12, and a density M1 of the sealant layer 12 satisfy a following condition: 0.33<(S1×M1)/P<1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】バイオマスポリエチレンを用いながら、製袋適性やデッドホールド性に優れる積層体及びこれを用いた包装袋を提供する。【解決手段】積層体10は、基材層上に、直接又はアンカーコート層を介して、シーラント層12が形成されている積層体であって、紙基材層11は、坪量Pが20g/m2以上99g/m2以下であり、シーラント層12は、バイオマス由来のエチレンを含むモノマーの重合体であるバイオマスポリエチレン含み、バイオマス度が5%以上であり、シーラント層12は、前記基材層側から順に、バイオマスポリエチレンの層と、化石燃料由来ポリエチレンの層とを有し、シーラント層12は、厚さS1が20μm以上60μm以下であり、紙基材層11の坪量P、シーラント層12の厚さS1、シーラント層12の密度M1、が0.33<(S1×M1)/P<1を満たす。【選択図】図1
