Summary:To provide resin particles which can achieve both transparency and optical irregular reflectivity.SOLUTION: Resin particles contain a thermoplastic resin, and have a volume average particle diameter of 1 to 100 μm, an uneven part thereon, a depth of the uneven part of 0.0001 to 0.05, and an oleic acid oil absorption amount of 30 to 150 mL/100 g. The thermoplastic resin is preferably at least one selected from a polyvinyl-based resin, a polystyrene-based resin, a polyolefin-based resin, a polyester-based resin, a polyether-based resin, a polyamide-based resin, a thermoplastic polyurethane-based resin, and a cellulose-based resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 本発明は、透明性及び光乱反射性を両立できる樹脂粒子を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 熱可塑性樹脂を含み、体積平均粒子径が1~100μmであり、表面に凹凸部を有し、前記凹凸部の深度が0.0001~0.05であり、オレイン酸吸油量が30~150mL/100gである、樹脂粒子。前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリビニル系樹脂、ポリスチレン系樹脂、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、ポリエーテル系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂、熱可塑性ポリウレタン系樹脂及びセルロース系樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1種であると好ましい。【選択図】 図1
