To provide a phototherapy apparatus preventing a reflector from being damaged at the time of expansion of a balloon.SOLUTION: A phototherapy apparatus has a balloon forming an internal space where a luminous body is arranged, and regulating a longitudinal direction and an axis line extending in the longitudinal direction, and a lumen to be a moving route of fluid for deforming the balloon from a constriction form to an expanded form. The luminous body is arranged on the axis line in the internal space. The balloon has a reflector for reflecting light emitted from the luminous body toward the internal space, and a window part for transmitting the light to the outside of the internal space due to there is not the reflector.
