A case 2 comprises: a housing chamber 23 housing the battery cartridge 1; an open part 25 through which the battery cartridge 1 is carried in/out to the housing chamber 23; and a case side terminal 21 to which a position against the housing chamber 23 is fixed and which is electrically connected to the cartridge side terminal 11 in a state where the battery cartridge 1 is housed in the housing chamber 23.
