Summary:To provide a porous insulation layer imparting substance for bonding a member for an electrochemical element which enables manufacture of an electrochemical element that is excellent in flexibility and ion permeability of an insulation layer, can reduce occurrence of lamination deviation of an electrode, and is excellent in battery characteristics.SOLUTION: A porous insulation layer imparting substance for bonding a member for an electrochemical element has base materials, and adhesive porous insulation layers provided on the base materials, wherein the adhesive porous insulation layer is a porous structure as a co-continuous structure containing a resin as a skeleton, the resin is a crosslinked resin, the adhesive porous insulation layers are provided on the entire one surfaces of the two base materials of 30 mm×100 mm, and peel strength by a peel measurement method using an element for peel strength measurement which is obtained by heat bonding the adhesive porous insulation layers that are made to face each other under the conditions of a temperature of 140°C, air cylinder thrust of 500 N and 1 second is 2 N/m or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】絶縁層の柔軟性、及びイオン透過性に優れ、電極の積層ずれの発生を低減でき、電池特性に優れる電気化学素子を作製可能な電気化学素子用部材の接着用多孔質絶縁層付与物の提供。【解決手段】基材と、前記基材上に設けられた接着性多孔質絶縁層と、を有し、前記接着性多孔質絶縁層が、樹脂を骨格とする共連続構造である多孔質構造体であり、前記樹脂が、架橋樹脂であり、30mm×100mmの前記基材2枚のそれぞれの一方の面全体に、前記接着性多孔質絶縁層を設け、前記接着性多孔質絶縁層同士を対向させ、温度140℃、エアシリンダー推力500N、及び1秒間の条件で熱接着したピール強度測定用素子を用いたときのピール測定法によるピール強度が、2N/m以上である電気化学素子用部材の接着用多孔質絶縁層付与物。【選択図】図2
