Summary:To provide an information processor and information processing method that minimize erroneous determination in abnormality determination processing.SOLUTION: In an information processing system 1, an information processor 300 includes a detection unit, estimation unit, determination unit, and learning unit. The detection unit detects S3 a person from a shot image S2 taken S1 by a camera unit 30. The estimation unit estimates S4 a moving speed of the person detected by the detection unit. The determination unit determines S5 occurrence of an abnormality in a case where the moving speed estimated by the estimation unit exceeds a threshold.
