Summary: | To provide a method for uniquely and easily detecting a SARS-CoV-2 in which variation occurs, since, a variant of the SARS-CoV-2 cannot be easily distinguished between itself and an original virus, in a conventional virus detection method, and although it is possible to detect comprehensively, variation, by interpreting a base sequence of a virus genome, the method requires a high speed sequencer and the method cannot be quickly and easily executed.SOLUTION: The inventors have found oligonucleotide which is useful for comparing genome RNA sequences of SARS-CoV-2 and a variant thereof, and examining them, and detecting a virus variant in which a specific variation occurs in a spike protein, by a nucleic acid amplification method. 【課題】SARS-CoV-2の変異株は、これまでに構築されたウイルス検出方法では元のウイルスと区別することが難しかった。ウイルスゲノムの塩基配列を解読することにより変異を網羅的に検出することは可能であるが、高速シーケンサーを必要とするなど、迅速、簡便に実施可能な方法ではない。以上のとおり、変異が生じたSARS-CoV-2を特異的にかつ簡便に検出できる方法が求められていた。【解決手段】SARS-CoV-2ならびにその変異株のゲノムRNA配列を比較、検討し、スパイクタンパク質に特定の変異が生じたウイルス変異株を核酸増幅法により検出するのに有用なオリゴヌクレオチドを見出した。さらに、当該オリゴヌクレオチドを使用する変異型SARS-CoV-2の検出方法を構築した。【選択図】 なし |
