Summary:To solve the problem in which settings of parameters for soup dispensers can be made incorrectly by staff at each store, therefore, service personnel with operational training travel to each store from headquarters to make the settings, but there is a demand for a dispenser that can be operated and managed without service personnel traveling to the store.SOLUTION: A soup dispenser comprises a calculation unit which controls the soup dispenser by executing a predetermined process, and a communication unit for sending and receiving data to and from a computer connected to the Internet. The calculation unit controls the time to activate a pump and the time to open a valve on the basis of mixing ratio data of concentrated raw materials and hot water received from the computer, determines the amount of concentrated raw materials and hot water to be fed into a mixing section, and makes the soup by diluting and mixing the concentrated raw materials and hot water at a predetermined ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】汁用ディスペンサーのパラメータなどの設定は、各店舗のスタッフでは設定ミスをする場合があるので、運用教育を受けたサービスマンが、本社から各店舗に出張して設定しているが、サービスマンが出張しなくても運用管理ができるディスペンサーが要望されている。【解決手段】予め定められた処理を実行して汁ディスペンサーを制御する演算部と、インターネットに接続されたコンピュータとデータを送受信するための通信部を有し、演算部は、コンピュータから受信した、濃縮原料と湯の混合割合データに基づき、ポンプを起動させる時間と、弁を開く時間を制御し、混合部に投入する濃縮原料の量と湯の量を定め、濃縮原料と湯を所定の割合で希釈混合した汁を作る。【選択図】図5
