Summary:To provide a fastening work management system and a fastening work management method which can appropriately manage fastening order in a fastening work where members to be fastened at a plurality of fastening positions of an object member are fastened in an order specified in advance.SOLUTION: A fastening work management system according to the present invention manages fastening work where members to be fastened at a plurality of fastening positions of an object member are fastened in a predetermined order by using a fastening tool 20 gripped and operated by an operator.
