Summary:To prevent a lane from being falsely detected.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes a controller. The controller executes lane detection processing which detects a lane from a line element group extracted from a camera image of an in-vehicle camera. The controller detects a pedestrian crossing from the line element group, and executes exclusion processing to exclude the pedestrian crossing from targets of the lane detection processing, by excluding one of each of line elements determined to be the pedestrian crossing, a pedestrian crossing region set based on the line elements, and frames of the camera image in which the pedestrian crossing is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】車線の誤検出を防止すること。【解決手段】実施形態に係る情報処理装置は、コントローラを備える。コントローラは、車載カメラのカメラ画像から抽出した線素群から車線を検出する車線検出処理を実行する。また、コントローラは、上記線素群から横断歩道を検出し、上記横断歩道を上記車線検出処理の処理対象から除外する除外処理として、上記横断歩道と判定された各線素、当該各線素に基づいて設定される横断歩道領域、および、上記横断歩道が検出された上記カメラ画像のフレームのいずれかを除外する。【選択図】図４
