To provide a heating cooker which does not require to be re-supplied with electric power even if the operation thereof is stopped by closing an opening/closing door from a temporary stop state, which therefore can materialize power saving.SOLUTION: A heating cooker comprises a heating chamber 2 housing a heating target 3; heating means 4; an opening/closing door 11 of the heating chamber 2; opening/closing detection means 51 detecting an open state and a closed state of the opening/closing door 11; a control portion 5 starting and stopping the drive of the heating means 4; and start means 6 inputting a cooking start. The control portion 5 drives the heating means 4 when the cooking start is indicated in a closed state, stops the drive of the heating means 4 when a first time T1 elapses, causes the heating means to transit to a temperature stop mode when the heat means is brought into an open state before the lapse of the first time T1, restarts cooking when the cooking start is indicated before the lapse of a third time T3 by detecting the closed state before the lapse of a second time T2, and stops the drive when the second time T2 elapses in the temporary stop mode, or when the third time T3 elapses before the cooking start is indicated from the closed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】一時停止の状態から開閉扉を閉めて運転を停止する場合でも、再通電せずに省電力化が図れる加熱調理器を提供する。【解決手段】被加熱物３を収納する加熱室２と、加熱手段４と、加熱室２の開閉扉１１と、開閉扉１１の開状態・閉状態を検出する開閉検出手段５１と、加熱手段４の駆動開始停止を行う制御部５と、調理開始を入力するスタート手段６を備え、制御部５は、閉状態で調理開始が指示された場合に加熱手段４の駆動し、第１時間Ｔ１が経過したときに加熱手段４を駆動停止し、第１時間Ｔ１が経過前に開状態のとき一時停止モードに遷移し、第２時間Ｔ２が経過前に閉状態を検出して、第３時間Ｔ３が経過前に調理開始が指示された場合に調理を再開し、一時停止モードで第２時間Ｔ２を経過した場合、または、閉状態から調理開始が指示される前に第３時間Ｔ３を経過した場合に駆動停止する。【選択図】図１
