Summary:To avoid the occurrence of a grating lobe.SOLUTION: An antenna element is arranged so as to satisfy a condition 1 and a condition 2. The condition 1: the combination of a first straight line group formed of mutually-parallel straight lines and a second straight line group formed of mutually-parallel straight lines and straight lines intersecting the straight lines of the first straight line group at the position of the antenna element is defined such that the straight lines of the first straight line group and the straight lines of the second straight line group pass through the positions of the largest number of antenna elements, and the total of the number of line groups and the number of antenna elements not located on the line of the line group is equal to or greater than the number of observation objects L+1 when the straight lines included in the first straight line group and second straight line group are distributed to one or more line groups respectively formed of two or more straight lines intersecting with each other at the position of the antenna element.
