To suggest a method that assists in metastasis detection in a case of a stage III gastric cancer with the aim of evaluating an advanced lymph node metastasis diagnosis marker of the gastric cancer to be classified to the stage III based on a stage classification in a clinic classification of the gastric cancer.SOLUTION: A method is configured to use a fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 (FGFR1) as a bio-marker for detecting an advanced lymph node metastasis of a gastric cancer; measure concentration of the FGFR1 in a human biological fluid; and, when the concentration of the FGFR1 is higher than a reference value, determine that the advanced lymph node metastasis of the gastric cancer is detected, in which the reference value is the FGFR1 concentration in the human biological fluid in which the advanced lymph node metastasis of the gastric cancer is not recognized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】胃癌の臨床分類におけるステージ分類でＳｔａｇｅ ＩＩＩに分類される胃癌の高度リンパ節転移診断マーカーの検証を目的とし、Ｓｔａｇｅ ＩＩＩ胃癌症例おいて転移検出の補助となる方法を提案する。【解決手段】線維芽細胞成長因子受容体１（Ｆｉｂｒｏｂｌａｓｔ ｇｒｏｗｔｈ ｆａｃｔｏｒ ｒｅｃｅｐｔｏｒ １ ；ＦＧＦＲ１）を、胃癌の高度リンパ節転移を検出するためのバイオマーカーとして使用し、ヒト体液中のＦＧＦＲ１の濃度を測定し、ＦＧＦＲ１の濃度が基準値よりも高い場合には、胃癌の高度リンパ節転移が検出されたとし、当該基準値は、胃癌の高度リンパ節転移が認められなかったヒト体液中のＦＧＦＲ１濃度である、方法。【選択図】図１
