Summary:To allow a comprehensive threat determination of moving objects.SOLUTION: An integrated monitoring device stores, for an event to be implemented in a monitoring area, an implementation area which is the monitoring area where the event is implemented, a start time which is the time when the event starts and an end time which is the time when the event ends as event information in advance, receives detection information on a moving object detected by a sensor, identifies one or more of characteristic information indicating the characteristics of the detected moving object, a predicted arrival time value indicating the time required for the moving object to reach a predetermined monitoring area and an event level indicating the degree of exposure to a threat of the event being implemented with the monitoring area as a location of the event on the basis of the detection information and the event information, and calculates a threat level indicating the degree of threat caused by the moving object on the basis of any of the characteristic information, the predicted arrival time value and the event level identified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】移動体の総合的な脅威の判定を可能にする。【解決手段】統合監視装置は、監視エリアにおいて実施されるイベントに関して、該イベントが実施される監視エリアである実施エリアと、該イベントが開始される時刻である開始時刻と、該イベントが終了する時刻である終了時刻とをイベント情報として予め記憶し、センサで検知された移動体の検知情報を受信し、検知情報およびイベント情報に基づいて、検知された移動体の特徴を示す特徴情報と、該移動体が所定の監視エリアに到達するまでに要する時間を示す到達予測時間値と、監視エリアを実施場所とする実施中のイベントの脅威に晒される度合いを示すイベントレベルとの1つ以上を特定し、特徴情報と到達予測時間値とイベントレベルとのうち特定されたものに基づいて、移動体により生じる脅威を度合いを示す脅威度を算出する。【選択図】図1
