The defogger 20 includes a first busbar 21a and a second busbar 21b, a heater wire group 22, and a heater upper wire 30 that is located upward of the heater wire group 22, the heater upper wire 30 including a first end 31 that is connected to the first busbar 21a, a second end 32 that is connected to the second busbar 21b, a protrusion 33 that protrudes upward between the first 31 and the second end 32, and a bent part 34 that is located at a different position than the protrusion 33 and has a plurality of folding points.
