To provide a garment processing apparatus capable of reducing stress generated in a lead wire when opening and closing a door.SOLUTION: A garment processing apparatus according to an aspect of the present invention comprises an apparatus body having a front panel having an opening, a door having an electronic component and having the opening openably and closably, a lead wire pulled out from the apparatus body to the outside and connected to the electronic component, a hinge part for rotatably supporting the door around a rotating axis on one side of the front panel, and a holder part provided on the apparatus body and holding the lead wire from the apparatus body to the door on one side of the front panel.
