To provide an ultrasonic cleaning device which enhances convenience of ultrasonic cleaning having a high cleaning effect, and is user-friendly as a consumer appliance.SOLUTION: A cleaning device includes a device housing 26, a treatment tank 4 for storing treatment water 30 and an object 28 to be cleaned, a water supply mechanism 10 for supplying the treatment water and generating a circulation flow, a water drainage mechanism 12 for draining the treatment water, and an ultrasonic vibrator 6 for imparting ultrasonic vibration to the treatment tank. The water supply mechanism includes a water supply valve 54 for flowing the treatment water to a treatment water supply pipe 46, and a water supply part 44 for generating a jet flow of the treatment water from a water supply nozzle in a tank bottom part of the treatment tank, and supplying the treatment water from the tank bottom part, and the water drainage mechanism includes a water drainage filter having a plurality of filtration holes 42 for filtering the treatment water, a water drainage part 56 for draining the treatment water having passed through the water drainage filter, a water drainage pipe 60 for draining the treatment water, and a water drainage valve 64 for draining the treatment water from the treatment tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】洗浄効果の高い超音波洗浄の利便性を高め、民生機器として使い勝手のよい超音波洗浄装置を実現する。【解決手段】洗浄装置は、装置筐体２６、処理水３０、被洗浄物２８が収容される処理槽４、処理水を供給して循環流を生じさせる給水機構１０と、処理水を排水する排水機構１２、超音波振動を処理槽に付与する超音波振動子６を含む。給水機構は、処理水供給管４６に処理水を流す給水弁５４、処理槽の槽底部で給水ノズルから処理水の噴流を生じさせて槽底部から処理水を給水する給水部４４を含む、排水機構は、処理水をろ過する複数のろ過孔４２を備えた排水フィルタ、排水フィルタを通過した処理水を排水する排水部５６、処理水を排水する排水管６０、処理水を処理槽から排水させる排水弁６４を含む。【選択図】図１
