Summary:To provide a three-dimensional molding method capable of easily separating a shell from a hardened core material to obtain a three-dimensional molded object.SOLUTION: There is provided a three-dimensional molding method that comprises: a core material filling step of filling a core material 116 that is a liquid phase material into a core portion 126 that is a portion surrounded by an inner wall surface of a shell 125 for defining an outer shape of a three-dimensional object 101; a core material curing step of curing the core material 116; and a separation step of separating at least a part of the shell 125 from the hardened core material 116 to obtain the three-dimensional object 101 made of the core material 116 and having an outer shape that follows the shape of the core portion 126.
