To provide a fluid circulation pump capable of accessing an impeller and removing a component arranged outside a container in only one step instead of a large number of steps, and a fluid transfer device having the same.SOLUTION: A housing includes a first housing part 6 and a second housing part 7. The first housing part 6 has an inner casing part 6A directly surrounding an outside surface of a main shaft 9, and outer casing parts 6B, 6C arranged on outer peripheral sides of the inner casing part 6A and the impeller 8 to accommodate the inner casing part 6A and the impeller 8. An upper end of the inner casing part 6A is fixed to a lower end of the second housing part 7.
