Summary: | To provide a technology to improve production efficiency of a component mounting machine.SOLUTION: A component mounting machine includes a mounting head that uses negative pressure to adsorb an electronic component and mount it on a substrate. The mounting head includes a nozzle that is removably held in the mounting head and is supplied with negative pressure to attract the electronic component, a negative pressure flow path that supplies negative pressure to the nozzle, a positive pressure flow path that supplies positive pressure to the nozzle, a switching unit that switches the nozzle between a first position connecting the nozzle to the negative pressure flow path and a second position connecting the nozzle to the positive pressure flow path, a drive unit that performs a switching operation to switch the switching unit between the first position and the second position, and a detection unit that detects completion of the switching operation by the drive unit. The component mounting machine includes a control unit that causes the drive unit to perform the switching operation again when the detection unit does not detect completion of the switching operation by the drive unit while the nozzle is not picking up an electronic component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】部品実装機の生産効率を向上させるための技術を提供する。【解決手段】部品実装機は、負圧により電子部品を吸着して基板に実装する実装ヘッドを備える。実装ヘッドは、実装ヘッドに着脱可能に保持され、負圧を供給されて電子部品を吸着するノズルと、ノズルに負圧を供給する負圧流路と、ノズルに正圧を供給する正圧流路と、ノズルを負圧流路に接続する第1位置と、ノズルを正圧流路に接続する第2位置と、に切替える切替部と、切替部を第1位置と第2位置との間で切り替える切替え動作を行う駆動部と、駆動部による切替え動作の完了を検出する検出部と、を備えている。部品実装機は、ノズルが電子部品を吸着していない状態で、検出部が駆動部による切替え動作の完了を検出しなかった場合に、駆動部に切替え動作を再度実行させる制御部を備えている。【選択図】図8 |
