Summary:To appropriately estimate a respiration rate according to a status of a person to suppress a wrong respiration rate from being output.SOLUTION: A respiration rate estimation system includes: at least one radar type sensor disposed in a monitoring area; an information processing device for acquiring sensor data output from the sensor and executing person detection processing for detecting a person existing in the monitoring area using the acquired sensor data, and respiration rate estimation processing for estimating a respiration rate of the person; and a display device for displaying the respiration rate of the person estimated by the respiration rate estimation processing.
