To ground-connect a plurality of ground terminals of mating connectors to a vehicle body in one lump sum easily without using bolts.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle electric junction box includes: a joint bus bar 10 that is housed in an enclosure 1, and integrally has a plurality of terminals 18, each connected to a ground terminal of a mating connector, and in which the plurality of terminals 18 is arranged as a part of a plurality of connector terminals 7 in a connector housing 2; and a conductive member that is supported by the enclosure 1 and is ground-connected to a vehicle body. The joint bus bar 10 has a plate-shaped connection strip 12 that is connected to the conductive member.
