Summary: | To provide an abnormality diagnostic device for a swing device, and a construction machine, capable of reducing damage of a swing device pinion.SOLUTION: An abnormality diagnostic device for a swing device including a hydraulic motor 2, a planetary gear reducing mechanism 10 coupled to an output shaft 16 of a hydraulic motor, a pinion 17 provided in an output shaft 4 of the planetary gear reducing mechanism and engaged with internal teeth 18 of a swing bearing 80 in a grease bath 40, includes a first vibration sensor 8 attached to a reduction gear housing 6 as a housing of the planetary gear reducing mechanism, for detecting vibration of the reduction gear housing, and a processor 9a that determines the presence or absence of abnormality of the swing device on the basis of a detection result by a first vibration sensor. The processor subjects first vibration data acquired by the first vibration sensor to envelope processing and then converts the resultant data to a spectrum waveform, and calculates an RMS value of the spectrum waveform to determine a grease amount in the grease bath.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】旋回装置ピニオンの損傷を抑制できる旋回装置の異常診断装置及び建設機械を提供すること。【解決手段】油圧モータ2と、油圧モータの出力軸16に結合された遊星歯車減速機10と、遊星歯車減速機の出力軸4に設けられ、旋回ベアリング80の内歯18とグリースバス40内で噛み合うピニオン17とを備えた旋回装置の異常診断装置であって、遊星歯車減速機のハウジングである減速機ハウジング6に取り付けられ、減速機ハウジングの振動を検出する第1振動センサ8と、第1振動センサによる検出結果に基づいて旋回装置の異常の有無を判定するプロセッサ9aとを備える。プロセッサは、第1振動センサによって取得される第1振動データをエンベロープ処理した後にスペクトル波形に変換し、当該スペクトル波形のRMS値を演算し、当該RMS値に基づいてグリースバス内のグリースの量を判定する。【選択図】 図5 |
