Summary:To improve a resolution in a width direction, without expanding the range of an irradiation angle of tomosynthesis imaging.SOLUTION: A medical image processing device comprises a first acquisition part, a second acquisition part, and a reconstruction part. The first acquisition part acquires three-dimensional thermographic image data obtained by imaging a subject irradiated with infrared rays. The second acquisition part acquires a plurality of pieces of projection data obtained by tomosynthesis imaging of the subject. The reconstruction part executes reconstruction on the basis of the pieces of projection data and the three-dimensional thermographic image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】トモシンセシス撮影の照射角度の範囲を広げずに、深さ方向の解像度を高めること。【解決手段】本実施形態に係る医用画像処理装置は、第1取得部と、第2取得部と、再構成部とを備えている。前記第1取得部は、赤外線を照射された被検体を撮影して得た3次元サーモグラフィ画像データを取得する。前記第2取得部は、前記被検体をトモシンセシス撮影して得た複数の投影データを取得する。前記再構成部は、前記複数の投影データ及び前記3次元サーモグラフィ画像データに基づいて、再構成を実行する。【選択図】 図1
