Summary:To provide water-based liquid cosmetics that offer high storage stability without pigment separation, while ensuring the development of vivid colors, excellent adhesion post-application, and excellent softness.SOLUTION: Water-based liquid cosmetics comprise following components (A), (B), (C), (D) and (E): (A) black titanium oxide, (B) silica-treated red iron oxide or yellow iron oxide, (C) at least one polymer selected from (meth)alkyl acrylate copolymers and copolymers comprising styrene and (meth)acrylic acid as constitutional units, (D) polyvinyl pyrrolidone, and (E) 1,3-butyleneglycol.
