Summary:To solve the problem that the conventional method of forming a wound field used in drug discovery and development work uses a jig, so it can only be used in up to 96-well plates.SOLUTION: A non-contact cell removal method that removes cells by irradiating them with a pulsed laser becomes possible to form a wound field even in 384-well plates and 1536-well plates, which have smaller well sizes than 96-well plates. Furthermore, by generating plasma in the laser irradiation part during laser irradiation, water contained in a culture solution present in the surroundings is decomposed into ions to produce a cleaning function in the area where cells were attached, and an area in which there is a high possibility that no proteins such as cadherin remain is formed in the cell-free area to be a wound field.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】創薬開発作業などに用いられるwound fieldの従来の形成方法は治具を用いる方法であるため、96ウェルプレートまでしか対応することができなかった。
