To prevent draining property from deteriorating while preventing a fin or an aluminum pipe from corroding due to bimetallic corrosion.SOLUTION: A refrigeration cycle device includes: an electrically conductive bottom plate including a drain hole in a bottom part of an outdoor unit and a rising part in an outer periphery; an insulative cover member for covering a drain path running from the rising part to the drain hole; and a plurality of fins disposed above the bottom plate.
