Summary:To allow photographing in which a feeling of movement is added to an area having a motion of a subject, and a motion shake is reduced for an area where the motion is desired to be stopped.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus has: image acquisition means that acquires a plurality of images that is continuously photographed through first photographing; area extraction means that extracts, from the acquired images, a first area and a second area different from the first area; recognition means that recognizes a photographing scene from the plurality of images; information acquisition means that acquires motion information in the first area and the second area from the plurality of images; and photographing parameter creation means that creates photographing parameters in second photographing different from the first photographing.
