To provide an information processing system, an information processing device, a method, a program for further enhancing security regarding cash transactions using a cash processing device.SOLUTION: An information processing system comprises a cash processing device 50, a control server 40 for controlling withdrawal processing of the cash processing device, and a transaction device 30 to be connected to the cash processing device and the control server. The transaction device comprises an acquisition unit for acquiring transaction information pertaining to a transaction content that involves cash withdrawal, and a first generation unit for generating first security information based on the transaction information and generating an information code indicating the first security information and the transaction information.
