To provide a clip device that can easily hold a tissue of a patient during a surgical treatment.SOLUTION: A clip includes a first arm and a second arm which are configured to move in a reciprocating direction to be in a closed state when the arms move inward toward each other to be close for closing the clip and in an opened state when the arms move outward to be away from each other to open the clip. The clip includes a first claw which is provided on the first arm and extends from the first arm to the inside, a first anchor which is provided on the first arm and extends from the first arm to the outside, a second claw which is provided on the second arm and extends from the second arm to the inside, and a second anchor which is provided on the second arm and extends from the second arm to the outside.
