To provide an image sensor capable of realizing clear image quality.SOLUTION: The invention provides a substrate having a first surface and a second surface, which are opposite to each other, and microlenses on the second surface. Interconnection lines on the first surface and a pixel isolation portion in the substrate are included, where the pixel isolation portion isolates pixels from each other. The pixel isolation portion includes an insulating isolation pattern and a conductive pattern, where the conductive pattern is separated from the substrate across the insulating isolation pattern.
