To supply a water supply management device that can switch raw water and operating conditions for a water treatment device, so that an environmental impact of the water treatment device can be reduced while conserving freshwater resources.SOLUTION: There is provided a water supply management device that determines an operating method of a water treatment device that can switch between multiple water sources as a raw water intake destination, including: a water quality/demand/supply information acquisition unit that acquires water quality and demand/supply information of the multiple water sources; a supply tightness calculation unit that calculates supply tightness of each water source from water source demand/supply information; an environmental load calculation unit that calculates an environmental load of the water treatment device when each water source is used as raw water from the water quality information of each water source; and a raw water selection unit that selects the raw water to be taken by the water treatment device based on the supply tightness and the environmental load of each water source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】淡水資源を保全したうえで、水処理装置からの環境負荷を低減できるように、水処理装置の原水と運転条件を切り替えることができる水供給管理装置提供する。【解決手段】原水の取水先として複数の水源を切り替えることができる水処理装置の運転方法を決定する水供給管理装置であって、複数の水源の水質および需要・供給の情報を取得する水質・需給情報取得部と、水源の需要・供給の情報から各水源の供給逼迫度を求める供給逼迫度算出部と、各水源の水質の情報から各水源を原水としたときの水処理装置の環境負荷を算出する環境負荷算出部と、各水源の供給逼迫度と環境負荷に基づいて、水処理装置が取水する原水を選択する原水選択部を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
