To provide a water-based multicomponent polyurethane paint composition that excels in coating film appearance, corrosion resistance, water resistance, and coating film hardness.SOLUTION: A water-based multicomponent polyurethane paint composition includes a first component (X) including a hydroxyl group-containing resin emulsion (A), a pigment (C) and water, and a second component (Y) including an epoxy group-containing compound (B) with an epoxy equivalent of 100-1000 g/eq, a polyisocyanate compound (D) and an organic solvent (E).
