Summary:To provide an inclination angle measurement unit which can increase the resolution to an angle of inclination and can secure the stability of output to disturbance vibrations.SOLUTION: An inclination angle measurement unit 1 includes a housing 2, a radiation light source 3, a light reception unit 5, a lens 4, and a calculation unit for calculating the angle of inclination of the housing 2 to a vertical direction on the basis of an electric signal output from the light reception unit 5. The lens 4 has a concave lens 16 formed by making a concave surface 16A face the radiation light source 3 and a ball lens 15 put on the concave surface 16A. In a space surrounded by the concave surface 16A of the concave lens 16 and the inner surface of the housing 2, a viscous fluid 6 with a smaller specific gravity than that of the ball lens 15 is larger at least than the diameter of the ball lens 15 and is injected so that an air layer 7 is formed in the space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】傾斜角度に対する分解能がより向上し、外乱振動に対して出力の安定性を確保することのできる傾斜角度測定器を提供する。【解決手段】傾斜角度測定器1は、筐体2と、放射光源3と、受光部5と、レンズ4と、受光部5から出力される電気信号に基づいて、筐体2の鉛直方向に対する傾斜角度を算出する算出部とを備え、レンズ4は、凹面16Aを放射光源3に対向させた凹面レンズ16と、凹面16A上に載置されたボールレンズ15とからなり、凹面レンズ16の凹面16A及び筐体2の内面により囲まれた空間には、ボールレンズ15よりも比重の小さい粘性流体6が、少なくともボールレンズ15の直径を超え、空間内に空気層7を形成するように注入される。【選択図】図1
