Summary:To provide a resin sheet which is excellent in a heat dissipation property and can exhibit excellent adhesion to an adherend.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin sheet in which aggregated particles obtained by aggregating primary particles of hexagonal boron nitride and scaly particles of the hexagonal boron nitride are dispersed in a resin, wherein in a cross section perpendicular to a first main surface and a second main surface of the resin sheet, an area of the total of the aggregated particles and the scaly particles is 40 to 80 area% of the cross section, an average particle diameter of the aggregated particles is 40 μm or more, in a region to 50 μm toward the second main surface from the first main surface, an average angle of an angle formed by an extension direction of the first main surface of the scaly particles and an a-axis of 28 to 50° ,and a ratio of the scaly particles having an angle formed by the extension direction of the first main surface and the a-axis of 0 to 20° is 50% or less of a total amount of the scaly particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】放熱性に優れ、被着体に対して優れた接着性を発揮し得る樹脂シートを提供すること。【解決手段】本開示の一側面は、六方晶窒化ホウ素の一次粒子が凝集した凝集粒子と、六方晶窒化ホウ素の鱗片状粒子とが、樹脂中に分散した、樹脂シートであって、上記樹脂シートの第一主面及び第二主面に直交する断面において、上記凝集粒子及び上記鱗片状粒子の合計の面積が上記断面の40~80面積%であり、上記凝集粒子の平均粒子径が40μm以上であり、上記第一主面から上記第二主面に向かって50μmまでの領域において、上記鱗片状粒子の上記第一主面の延びる方向とa軸とのなす角の平均角度が28~50°であり、且つ、上記第一主面の延びる方向とa軸とのなす角が0~20°である上記鱗片状粒子の割合が上記鱗片状粒子の総数の50%以下である、樹脂シートを提供する。【選択図】図1
