Summary:To alleviate restrictions on an installation location.SOLUTION: A measuring device comprises a light receiving and emitting unit and a control device. The light receiving and emitting unit includes: a light emitting portion for emitting light in accordance with a control signal; a light receiving portion for receiving reflected light of the light emitted by the light emitting portion and outputting a light reception signal; and a storage portion for storing correction data. The control device is connected to the light receiving and emitting unit so as to be replaceable, and outputs the control signal to the light receiving and emitting unit and measures coordinates of a reflection point that has generated the reflected light, on the basis of the light reception signal acquired from the light receiving and emitting unit.
