Summary:To maintain proper remote monitoring of an elevator even when a line for distributing digital contents and a line for remote monitoring of the elevator are common.SOLUTION: A remote monitoring server determines whether or not a use state of a line common to the remote monitoring and the digital contents distribution is equal to or higher than a certain situation when a service request that is a request for service about the remote monitoring is accepted. This determination is based on a utilization rate of the line and whether or not a digital content is being downloaded to the elevator. When a result of the determination is true, the remote monitoring server requests a content server to stop the downloading of the digital content to the elevator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】デジタルコンテンツの配信のための回線とエレベーターの遠隔監視のための回線が共通であっても、エレベーターの適切な遠隔監視を維持する。【解決手段】遠隔監視サーバーは、遠隔監視に関するサービスの要求であるサービス要求を受け付けた場合、遠隔監視とデジタルコンテンツ配信とに共通の回線の使用状況が一定状況以上か否かを判定する。この判定は、回線の使用率と、エレベーターにデジタルコンテンツがダウンロード中か否かとに基づいている。遠隔監視サーバーは、当該判定の結果が真の場合、エレベーターへのデジタルコンテンツのダウンロード停止をコンテンツサーバーに要求する。【選択図】図１
