Abstract To provide a carrier travel device which can apply a parking brake to a driving wheel that rotates with the electric power.SOLUTION: A carrier travel device comprises: a link mechanism part 23 which performs position transformation of a parking brake part 22 swingably pivoted to a pivot shaft part that is in substantially parallel with a rotation axis line of a driving wheel 5 to the standby position separated from the driving wheel 5 and the pressure-contact position that is brought into pressure-contact with the driving wheel 5; a parking brake operation part which positions the parking brake part 22 at the standby position or the pressure-contact position via the link mechanism part 23; and parking brake biasing means 50 which biases the parking brake part 22 in the backward rolling direction of the driving wheel 5.
