To solve the problem that a recording system, when a degree of skew of a medium being fed from an external feeding device is large, sometimes cannot correct the skew satisfactorily, just by correcting skew of a recording device side.SOLUTION: A medium supply system is provided with a feeding device arranged outside a recording device, and a relay conveying device that relays and conveys a medium fed by the feeding device to the recording device. The feeding device comprises a loading part that loads the medium thereon. The relay conveying device comprises a first regulating part having a first regulating surface for positioning a first end side of the medium, and a conveying part that conveys the medium in a crossing direction crossing a conveying direction and a width direction, toward the first regulating part.
