To solve the problem that a recording system, when a degree of skew of a medium being fed from an external feeding device is large, sometimes cannot correct the skew satisfactorily, just by correcting skew of a recording device side.SOLUTION: A relay conveying device, which is positioned between a recording device and a feeding device that is arranged outside the recording device and feeds a medium to the recording device, and relays and conveys the medium fed by the feeding device to the recording device, comprises: a first regulating part having a first regulating surface for positioning a first end side which is one end side in a width direction crossing a conveying direction, of the medium fed by the feeding device; a first conveying belt on which the medium is conveyed in a first direction crossing the conveying direction and the width direction, toward the first regulating surface; a second conveying belt, provided closer to a downstream side in the conveying direction than the first conveying belt, on which the medium is conveyed in a second direction crossing the conveying direction and the width direction, toward the first regulating surface; and a suction part that suctions the medium, through through-holes formed in the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】記録システムにおいて、外部給送装置から媒体が送り出される際の斜行の程度が大きいと、記録装置側の斜行補正では斜行を十分に補正できない場合がある。【解決手段】中継搬送装置は、記録装置と、記録装置の外側に配置されて記録装置へ媒体を給送する給送装置と、の間に位置し、給送装置から給送された媒体を中継して記録装置へ搬送する中継搬送装置であって、給送装置から給送された媒体の、搬送方向と交差する幅方向における一方の端辺である第１端辺を位置決めする第１規制面を有する第１規制部と、媒体を第１規制面に向けて、搬送方向及び幅方向と交差する第１方向に搬送する第１搬送ベルトと、第１搬送ベルトより搬送方向の下流に設けられ、媒体を第１規制面に向けて、搬送方向及び幅方向と交差する第２方向に搬送する第２搬送ベルトと、第１搬送ベルト及び第２搬送ベルトに設けられた貫通孔を介して、媒体を吸引する吸引部とを備える。【選択図】図２
