To improve the durability performance of linear guides that support a vibration table by reducing susceptibility to temperature and humidity.SOLUTION: A vibration table unit 100 comprises: a vibration table 20 that can be connected to a vibration generator 150, and to which a test piece W can be attached; one or a plurality of linear guides 30 that guide the vibration table 20 in a vibration direction; a support part 40 that supports the linear guides 30; and a guide accommodation part 50 that includes an outer frame part 51 that is provided to the support part 40 and that encloses the linear guides 30, and a shield part 71 that is disposed so as to cover the vibration table 20 side of the outer frame part 51.
