To provide plant-derived weak acid fat such as olive oil which is permeable into skin and has suppressed irritation to skin, and a method for producing the weak acid fat.SOLUTION: Cosmetic fat is made of plant-derived natural fat, where a high frequency oscillator irradiates fat with a high-density shock wave generated in a narrow space for a plurality of times to create weak acid vegetable oil having the hydrogen ion concentration of pH5.0 to 6.5, the oil reduces irritation to skin, the weak acid vegetable oil degraded into a low molecular weight is permeated inside from a cornified layer to activate human skin fibroblasts, suppresses creation of melanin by suppressing an expression level of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-1a being a stimulator to a melanocyte, and promotes turnover of skin cells.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】オリーブ油等の植物由来の油脂であって、皮膚へ浸透可能とし、皮膚への刺激性を抑制した弱酸性油脂を提供する。また、該弱酸性油脂の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】植物由来の天然油脂からなる化粧用油脂であって、高周波振動子で狭隘な空間に発生する高密度衝撃波を複数回照射し、水素イオン濃度がｐＨ５．０～６．５の弱酸性の植物性油脂にし、皮膚への刺激を減じ、低分子化された弱酸性植物性油脂が角質層から内部に浸透し、ヒト皮膚繊維芽細胞を賦活化すると共に、メラノサイトへの刺激物質である炎症性サイトカインＴＮＦ－αとＩＬ－１ａの発現量を抑制することによりメラニンの生成を抑制し、皮膚細胞のターンオーバーを促進する化粧用油脂とする。【選択図】なし
