To provide a providing system, a providing method, and a management device that can reduce an amount of a recording material to be unnecessarily discarded.SOLUTION: A cartridge providing system comprises: a printer that discharges liquid (a recording material) supplied from a cartridge onto a print medium; and a server 10 that manages provision of the cartridges to a plurality of users who uses the printer.
