To provide a method and a device of drying a liquid-containing material, capable of efficiently drying a liquid-containing material.SOLUTION: The liquid-containing material drying method of drying a liquid-containing material in a state of slurry or paste containing a liquid and particles, comprises an adhesion step of causing the liquid containing material to adhere to a planar section of a body provided with a planar section, and a drying step of subsequently drying the liquid-containing material. The drying method further comprises a water draining step of draining water from the liquid-containing material adhering to the planar section, subsequent to the adhesion step. In the drying step, the liquid-containing material adhering to the planar section is dried by flowing normal temperature gas or heated gas along the surface of the liquid-containing material adhering to the planar section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】含液物を効率よく乾燥することができる含液物の乾燥方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】液と粒子とを含むスラリー状又はペースト状の含液物を乾燥する方法において、含液物を面状部具備体の面状部に付着させる付着工程と、その後、乾燥する乾燥工程とを有する含液物の乾燥方法。前記付着工程の後、前記面状部に付着した含液物の液切りを行う液切り工程をさらに有する含液物の乾燥方法。前記乾燥工程において、面状部に付着した含液物の表面に沿って、常温又は加温気体を流して乾燥を行う。【選択図】図１
