Summary:To provide a technique for easily measuring the amount and quality of walking exercise and estimating an exercise effect.SOLUTION: A walking evaluation system 100 comprises: qualitative measured value acquiring units 40, 80 for acquiring at least measured values of stride and a pitch, as qualitative parameters indicating a walking form, measured by a measuring device 20 worn by a subject; and a qualitative result determining unit 96 for determining an evaluation result of the walking form using an evaluation expression which is set such that weight is applied to at least the measured value of the stride, as a prescribed evaluation model.
