An upper part on an inner surface 24 of the cylindrical body 2 is provided with a support part 4 supporting the upper surface member 3 opposite. The upper surface member 3 comprises an upper surface part 31 where the insertion port 6 is formed and a vertical piece 32 extending downward from a side end part of the upper surface part 31.
