To provide an analysis system, an analysis method, and a program that can analyze an operator's studying process for surgery techniques.SOLUTION: An analysis system comprises: a receiving unit that receives surgery evaluation information including subject identification information of a subject and a result of evaluation of surgery techniques that an operator has applied to the subject; a storage processing unit that stores the surgery evaluation information received by the receiving unit in a storage unit; an analysis unit that analyzes the result of evaluation of the surgery techniques for the operator on the basis of the plurality of pieces of surgery evaluation information stored in the storage unit; and an output unit that outputs a result of analysis performed by the analysis unit. The receiving unit receives, as the surgery evaluation information, operator surgery evaluation information including the subject identification information, operator identification information of an operator who has applied the surgery techniques to the subject, and a result of operator evaluation performed by the operator, and preceptor surgery evaluation information including the subject identification information, preceptor identification information of a preceptor for the operator, and a result of preceptor evaluation performed by the preceptor. The analysis unit analyzes the operator's learning process for surgery techniques on the basis of the plurality of operator evaluation results and the plurality of preceptor evaluation results.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】術者の手術手技の学修過程を解析できる解析システム、解析方法及びプログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】解析システムは、被検者の被検者識別情報と被検者へ術者が行った手術手技の評価結果とを含む手術評価情報を受け付ける受付部と、受付部が受け付けた手術評価情報を記憶部に記憶させる記憶処理部と、記憶部に記憶された複数の手術評価情報に基づいて、術者について手術手技の評価結果を解析する解析部と、解析部による解析結果を出力する出力部とを備える。受付部は、手術評価情報として、被検者識別情報と被検者へ手術手技を行った術者の術者識別情報と術者による術者評価結果とを含む術者手術評価情報と被検者識別情報と術者の指導医の指導医識別情報と指導医による指導医評価結果とを含む指導医手術評価情報とを受け付け、解析部は、複数の術者評価結果と複数の指導医評価結果とに基づいて、術者の手術手技の学習過程を解析する。【選択図】図２
