The bath liquid 2 includes: at least one or more kinds of metal elements; at least one or more kinds of halogen elements; and at least one or more kinds of ceramic particles. By applying a voltage while immersing a substrate 5 in the bath liquid, a membrane 3 containing the metal elements and the ceramic particles is formed on the substrate 5 on a negative electrode 7 side (cathode side).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】工業的生産に適し、各種粉末組成に対応可能な新規な被覆基材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】被覆基材1の製造方法は、有機溶剤を溶媒とした浴液2を用いた被覆基材1の製造方法である。浴液2は、少なくとも1種類以上の金属元素、少なくとも1種類以上のハロゲン元素、及び少なくとも1種類以上のセラミックス粒子を含有する。基材5を浴液中に浸漬した状態で、電圧印加することで負極7側(陰極側)の基材5上に金属元素及びセラミックス粒子を含む皮膜3を形成する。【選択図】図1
