Summary:To provide a novel production method of a coated substrate suitable for industrial production and capable of coping with various powder compositions.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a coated substrate 1 is a manufacturing method of a coated substrate 1 using a bath liquid 2 with an organic solvent as a solvent. The bath liquid 2 includes: at least one or more kinds of metal elements; at least one or more kinds of halogen elements; and at least one or more kinds of ceramic particles. By applying a voltage while immersing a substrate 5 in the bath liquid, a membrane 3 containing the metal elements and the ceramic particles is formed on the substrate 5 on a negative electrode 7 side (cathode side).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】工業的生産に適し、各種粉末組成に対応可能な新規な被覆基材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】被覆基材１の製造方法は、有機溶剤を溶媒とした浴液２を用いた被覆基材１の製造方法である。浴液２は、少なくとも１種類以上の金属元素、少なくとも１種類以上のハロゲン元素、及び少なくとも１種類以上のセラミックス粒子を含有する。基材５を浴液中に浸漬した状態で、電圧印加することで負極７側（陰極側）の基材５上に金属元素及びセラミックス粒子を含む皮膜３を形成する。【選択図】図１
