To provide an apparatus and system that display on a single screen a condition of a pipe detected by a sensor, and a condition of the pipe determined based on operation data of a plant so that the pieces of information can be viewed at a time.SOLUTION: An apparatus 32 having a screen on which a condition of a plant 1 is displayed displays image information, which shows a position of a pipe in the entire plant 1 and a position of a sensor attached to the pipe, in a first area R1 of the screen, displays a condition of the pipe detected by the sensor in a predetermined form, and displays determination information, which is used to determine the condition of the pipe on the basis of operation data of the plant 1, in a second area R2 of the screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】センサで検出した管の状態と、プラントの運転データに基づいて判定した管の状態と、を単一の画面に表示して双方の情報を一挙に視認できるようにした装置及びシステムを提供する。【解決手段】プラント１の状態を表示するための画面を備える装置３２であって、プラント１全体における管の位置と、管に設けられたセンサの位置と、を示す画像情報を画面の第１領域Ｒ１に表示するとともに、センサで検出した管の状態を所定の態様で表示するように構成され、かつ、管の状態をプラント１の運転データに基づいて判定したときに使用された判定情報を当該画面の第２領域Ｒ２に表示するように構成される。【選択図】図５
